At the Outdoor Fitness Adventure Club we make it easy for you to take motivating & diverse classesreaching your potential and avoiding overuse-syndrome. MOVE - for a healthy cardiopulmonarysystem & caloric expenditure. STRENGTH - for strong bones, greater lean tissue mass (LTM) & increased basal metabolic rate (BMR) increase. STRETCH - for greater flexibility and balance. REPAIR- for proper recovery. We have outlined the classes that fit in those categories.
DESCRIPTION OF CLASSES:
LOCATION: OFAC Studio
BOOT CAMP: This
class is designed for those desiring to lose weight, increase cardiovascular
fitness and increase muscular strength more efficiently. It is for
the beginner to the advanced enthusiast. Workout in a TEAM environment
while challenging yourselves with others to reach your personal fitness
goals. Take indoor boot camp using exercise bands, our rock wall,
and body weight to improve fitness level, improved body composition,
strength and skills.

FIT CAMP Challenge yourself with this fastpaced workout
combo of TRX, strength and core training, and cardio drills. Timed
sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps
at your own pace.

CORE & FLEXIBILITY Our core & flexibility classes are designed to improve the health, performance and mental acuity of the beginner and expert alike. Finding balance and reducing stress are important. Troy shares his wealth of fitness knowledge and stress reducing techniques in his classes and personal training sessions.

KIDS MARTIAL ARTS: James has been studying martial arts for more than twenty years and teaching adults and kids of all ages, for more than fifteen. He has taught many different styles over those years but is partial to Chinese Kung-Fu. James teaches a professional and fun kids martial arts program.

NORDIC WALKING: Nordic Walking-Total
Body Workout burns 46% more calories than walking without poles. Nordic
Walking strengthens your core and upper body while improving overall
fitness levels in less time

MAT PILATES: Pilates training utilizes a series of exercises that have been created with the intent of strengthening and stretching the body's core. The training mobilizes the spine and serves to improve overall flexibility.

SHAPED PROGRAM: 8-week program geared toward the entry level person who has limited time and a busy schedule outside their home. Each week our instructors will inspire you with a different class. 30-minutes of customized cardiovascular and weight bearing training combined with 30-minutes of core & flexibility training.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING: TRX Group suspension training offers a uniquely integrated blend of strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility, as required on the playing fields of sport and in life. WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE COURSE: Every 2-minutes someone
is raped in the U.S. Every woman (and or teenage girl) should learn
how to defend themselves. Our system of self-defense will help you
learn to be aware of your body and its surroundings. You will obtain
the ability to assess a person’s
intention, so that you can avoid potentially life-threatening situations.
We will help you to project a positive self-image and will give you
the confidence to defend yourself in any situation which requires
the use of force.
