FRIDAY HIKING RULES: Layer your clothing preparing for weather changes. Wear sun protection, a hat, sunglasses, a scarf, sunscreen, etc. Bring extra water, an energy snack and a lunch. First aid kit recommended. Hikers must have the fitness level to hike for three hours or more at a 15 minute mile pace without compromising your health. QUESTIONS? (949) 677-9375

IMPORTANT INFO:
What time do we meet for hiking? All hike meeting times are between 8:15 – 8:30 AM. We leave for the trail at 8:30 AM. (Unless otherwise noted on the current schedule).

Do we hike in the rain?
The rule of thumb is as follows: If it has rained the night before and has stopped for the morning, we will meet. If it is pouring in the morning we don’t meet. We like muddying; however we will always have the option of venturing out on pavement. Any Questions? 677-9375
