Trail Running
Description: (60minutes) Increase caloric expenditure, stamina, lung capacity, energy while enjoying running on the trails. Allow interval training, running on hilly terrain, to increase your heart rate as you experience a new level of conditioning, prepare for a whole new experience. Beginning runners welcome, no walkers-only please.

Modes of exercise: Aerobic exercise through increased heart rate Core conditioning through stabilization
Gear: Water held in waist pack, (may be purchased at store)
Recommended clothing:
- Trail running shoes
- Stretch shirts with wick away performance
- Shorts or full length bottoms
Brands: The North Face, Exofficio, Merrel, New Balance, Patagonia, Excel

The club café summer concert series is a perfect solution to nurturing community.
Enjoying
uplifting music, mouth watering gourmet pastries and the best coffee with
friends makes every Friday night the place you want to be. Club Café
is making our city a destination, the place where everybody knows your
name.
Look
for our own coffee label this summer. If you like our beans, buy a bag
to take home. We will donate a percentage to the Pregnancy Resource Center
and Mission Support Network. (more information online).
