Modes of exercise: Functional strength training trough the use of exercise tubing, hand weights and plyometric exercises.
Gear: *Mat or towel, *elastic exercise tubing, *5lb - 8lb hand weights, water in *BPA free water bottle
Recommended clothing:
- Shorts or exercise wear
- Tights or full length workout pants
- UV protection & antimicrobial shirts
- Jacket in cool weather
- Stable cross training shoes

At times we feel helpless in the face of human tragedy and natural disasters.

We,
at OFAC have stumbled on a breakthrough water filtration system that will
save lives in Haiti. We need the help of our entire community to accomplish
this goal. One of the chief problems in the aftermath of the earthquake
in Haiti is getting clean drinking water to the people. The Advanced Planet

to remove 99.999% of bacteria and virus. The perfect solution for our
Haitian neighbors. 
We have partnered with Emergency Ministry Services to deliver the bottles to Haiti, they will personally get them into the hands of those that need them most.
