Smart Bells
Description: (60minutes) SmartBells are patented revolutionary sculptural weights that blend eastern and western concepts of fitness. The beautiful ergonomic design makes flowing functional-movement accessible to anyone. You will experience increased flexibility, strength, conditioning, and better balance. The Core Routine is both aerobic and anaerobic. SmartBells are used by professional and Olympic athletes, the military, leading national health clubs, top physical rehabilitation professionals, and chiropractors. They benefit everyone regardless of age, size or fitness level.

Modes of exercise: functional training through full body movements core conditioning through balance, form, stability short bursts of aerobic exercise through plyometrics.
Gear: SmartBell (may be purchased at store or rented at class, $5.00 rental fee), water, exercise mat
Recommended clothing:
- Shorts
- Tights or full length workout pants
- UV protection & antimicrobial shirts
- Lightweight Jacket in cool weather
- Stable cross training shoes

The club café summer concert series is a perfect solution to nurturing community.
Enjoying
uplifting music, mouth watering gourmet pastries and the best coffee with
friends makes every Friday night the place you want to be. Club Café
is making our city a destination, the place where everybody knows your
name.
Look
for our own coffee label this summer. If you like our beans, buy a bag
to take home. We will donate a percentage to the Pregnancy Resource Center
and Mission Support Network. (more information online).
