Pilates
Description: (90minutes) Allow Pilates to strengthen your core (studies show that strengthening your core will decrease back & hip pain, increase stamina and lessen stress) and increase flexibility after a brisk 30-minute warm up through power walking. Enjoy the panoramic views of Dana Point Harbor as you power your way to health and fitness.

Modes of exercise: Aerobic exercise through increased heart rate Core conditioning through proper Pilates instruction Weight resistance through use of flat bands
Gear: Water, towel, exercise mat (may be purchased at store), bands (may be purchased at store)
Recommended clothing:
- Walking shoes
- Stretch shirts with wick away performance
- Shorts or full length stretch bottoms

uplifting music, mouth watering gourmet pastries and the best coffee with
friends makes every Friday night the place you want to be. Club Café
is making our city a destination, the place where everybody knows your
name.
Look
for our own coffee label this summer. If you like our beans, buy a bag
to take home. We will donate a percentage to the Pregnancy Resource Center
and Mission Support Network. (more information online).
