From Saddleback to the Sea
Stand Up Paddle Fitness Training
Description: (60 minutes - All day) Add the balance of standing on a paddle board with basic paddling strokes and you have a combination that provides an excellent and FUN core fitness and aerobic workout. All level of paddlers are welcome. Participants must have completed a Stand Up Paddle instructional course before attending training or have previous SUP experience.
The aquatic environment and fresh air keeps you motivated and makes SUP Fitness FUN!
Modes of exercise: Core strength and stability through board balance. Aerobic exercise through increased heart rate. Weight resistance through proper use of paddles, upper body form.
Gear: towel, water, energy snack, change of clothing
Recommended clothing:
- Water shoes or sandals
- Bathing suit
- Wear water sports attire that you can move in and that you are comfortable wearing in the ocean this time of the year

We,
at OFAC have stumbled on a breakthrough water filtration system that will
save lives in Haiti. We need the help of our entire community to accomplish
this goal. One of the chief problems in the aftermath of the earthquake
in Haiti is getting clean drinking water to the people. The Advanced Planet

Haitian neighbors. 
We have partnered with Emergency Ministry Services to deliver the bottles to Haiti, they will personally get them into the hands of those that need them most.
