Modes of exercise: Aerobic exercise through increased heart rate core conditioning through proper posture and techniques weight resistance through use of Nordic Walking poles (Bring your own or rent them from us for $5.00)
Gear: Water held in waist pack, Nordic Walking Poles (may be purchased at store)
Recommended clothing:
- Trail shoes
- UV protection hat
- Shirts with wick away performance
- Shorts or full length bottoms
Brands: The North Face, Exofficio, Merrel, New Balance, Patagonia, Excel

The club café summer concert series is a perfect solution to nurturing community.
Enjoying
uplifting music, mouth watering gourmet pastries and the best coffee with
friends makes every Friday night the place you want to be. Club Café
is making our city a destination, the place where everybody knows your
name.
Look
for our own coffee label this summer. If you like our beans, buy a bag
to take home. We will donate a percentage to the Pregnancy Resource Center
and Mission Support Network. (more information online).
