Ocean and Harbor Fitness Kayaking
Description: (90 minutes) It is too beautiful at the beach and harbor to workout indoors, especially in the spring and summer. Increase upper body & core strength, aerobic capacity and balance through kayaking. Ocean kayakers must know how to swim and not be intimidated in deep water. Fee includes kayak, paddle, vest, instruction.

Modes of exercise: Core strength and stability through kayak balance. Aerobic exercise through increased heart rate. Weight resistance through proper use of paddles, upper body form
Gear: towel, water, energy snack
Recommended clothing:
- Water shoes or sandals
- Bathing suit
- Light weight shirts and shorts

uplifting music, mouth watering gourmet pastries and the best coffee with
friends makes every Friday night the place you want to be. Club Café
is making our city a destination, the place where everybody knows your
name.
Look
for our own coffee label this summer. If you like our beans, buy a bag
to take home. We will donate a percentage to the Pregnancy Resource Center
and Mission Support Network. (more information online).
