Boot Camp
Description: (60 - 75 minutes) This class is designed for those desiring to lose weight, increase cardiovascular fitness and increase muscular strength more efficiently. It is for the beginner to the advanced enthusiast. Workout in a TEAM environment while challenging yourselves with others to reach your personal fitness goals.

Modes of exercise: Functional training through full body movements dynamic stretching core conditioning through balance, form, stability short bursts of aerobic exercise through running, jumps, plyometrics weight bearing exercise through full body training, elastic tubing, medicine balls and hand weights
Gear: mat (may be purchased at store), a towel, water in BPA free water bottle and a set of 3 - 10 pound hand weights
Recommended clothing:
- Shorts
- Tights or full length workout pants
- UV protection & antimicrobial shirts
- Jacket in cool weather
- Stable cross training shoes
Brands: The North Face, Exofficio, Merrel, New Balance, Patagonia, Excel, Prana

The club café summer concert series is a perfect solution to nurturing community.
Enjoying
uplifting music, mouth watering gourmet pastries and the best coffee with
friends makes every Friday night the place you want to be. Club Café
is making our city a destination, the place where everybody knows your
name.
Look
for our own coffee label this summer. If you like our beans, buy a bag
to take home. We will donate a percentage to the Pregnancy Resource Center
and Mission Support Network. (more information online).
