WHY WE OFFER SUCH A VARIETY:
MOVE, STRENGTH, STRETCH, REPAIR is what we base our program on. You must MOVE to burn extra calories and improve your cardiovascular system, you must participate in STRENGTH training exercises to increase metabolism, gain muscle and lose fat, you must STRETCH to maintain flexibility and muscular balance and you must REPAIR your body through proper nutrition and adequate rest. Our program offers 30 - 40 diverse fitness classes per week to keep you from overuse syndrome. It is designed for those individuals that prefer exercising outdoors, enjoy group activities and are actively choosing to make health & fitness a permanent lifestyle. The Fit Challenge curriculum, taught every Monday night, helps you reach your goals and makes it easy for you maintain them.
DO WE HIKE IN THE RAIN?
The rule of thumb is as follows: If it has rained the night before and has stopped for the morning, we will meet. If it is pouring in the morning we don’t meet. We like muddying; however we will always have the option of venturing out on pavement.

We,
at OFAC have stumbled on a breakthrough water filtration system that will
save lives in Haiti. We need the help of our entire community to accomplish
this goal. One of the chief problems in the aftermath of the earthquake
in Haiti is getting clean drinking water to the people. The Advanced Planet
Matters filter contains EPA approved iodinated resin, which is proven
to remove 99.999% of bacteria and virus. The perfect solution for our
Haitian neighbors.
We have partnered with Emergency Ministry Services to deliver the bottles to Haiti, they will personally get them into the hands of those that need them most.
